Shipping and returns
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging.
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to post. Next, reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at info@nookie.ee and send your item to the address provided in our response.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to the address provided in our response email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
