Payment Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we cannot accept or fulfill. If we have oversold an item, sold an item that does not meet requirements, or provided an item that does not match the description (such as a photo that doesn’t correspond to the item), we will refund the cost of your item.
Personalization Policy
Each item is unique and handcrafted. While we embrace the imperfections that may arise, each piece is considered art and cannot be replaced with an identical one. We find this charm endearing.
Made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Shipment Policy
We ship globally. Shipping within Estonia is done through DPD parcel company.
All international shipments are fully insured and include a tracking number, dispatched within 3-4 days after payment. Delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks to the US and Europe.
International orders may incur customs fees (import taxes) or VAT (value-added tax) based on the specific laws of the destination state. These charges are unpredictable and beyond our control; any applicable fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We are not liable for delays or lost items due to customs or postal services. Additionally, you are responsible for retrieving your item from your nearest post office if necessary.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges or returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the item, provided you include the tax invoice receipt. The shipping address for exchanges/returns will be provided via email.
We will strive to replace items that have factory defects, but we cannot replace items that have not been properly cared for according to the care instructions or that show damage from misuse. Please notify us of any factory defects within 14 days of receiving your item.
